I been noticeing some noise coming out from my engine bay. When I went to look under the hood I noticed that one of the bolts on the manifold was loose. So I started tightening it. Well it just kept turning and turning an then I noticed that the Bolt was actually coming off the head. My question is how did it come off and How hdo i fix it
