That's the truth, but not with an 11-second+ ride, which make up about 99% of motorheads. That's who we're really talking about here, not some 6-second alky.

To beat that 99% 11s+ cars in dragracing you just write a bigger check to the engine builder.

To win at road racing you write a check to the track, and then another, and then another, and another and eventually maybe you might have what it takes to whoop up on most the competition no matter what kind of car you're driving.

I see the thrill in both, I just prefer the latter.
