Rob's atomic clock showed 107+ after lunch.. then figure in leathers, helmet, boots, gloves and on a hot bike... your body is just a convection oven! I remember seeing a guy in T9 waiting for transport; I can only assume that he was suffering from the heat. I know I did after lunch and even sat out a session from it. I normally do at least one, but until things cool down, I'm doing at least 2 bottles of water between sessions! Heat stroke and dehyration is no laughing matter, especially while out on two wheels!
