actually the Hughes 500 (one of the fastess copters available to cops), which i believe that tampa pd has one, can move upto 175 at max. But they cant maintain that as along as bike can cause its dangerous for it to. that speed is bordering on structual damage.
but its not the copter you have to out run its that FLIR system on the front of the copter.
