Buy some custom shear bolts. Kinda like the ones that hold in the ignition key locks on most honda's. It would make taking the seats out a couple hour affair. Or run some strange bolts. VW's and euro cars in general have alot of weird star sockets and stuff like that. A good combo of those would make it pretty hard to steal the seats.
