I say make a detailed plan and budget. Lay it out on what is first etc so you can take it one thing at a time. If you look it all in the eye at once ,it'll crush you. I really appreciate the advice. Good approach. You're right it is overwhelming when I think about what all needs to be done. I think I will try to take it one piece at a time.
