A friend of mine just bought a 96 cbr 600 f2 and he asked me to come by and check it out. First thing I saw was that its an old race bike. Everything had safety wire holes drilled. Well the bike ran great for about four hours and I got a call saying that it wont start. I go over and check it out for a few min(I was on my way to work) Its turning over fine and getting gas (didnt have time to check for spark) but it will not start. I have heard that the voltage regulators on these bikes go out quite often. I have very little electrical experince with bikes. Is there any way to check this? And where is it located (never worked on one of these before). Thanks for any help.
