I would just go inside and ask employees who drives the silver SRT-4... they should be able to point you in the direction and do what you have to do... I would just warn the kid and put a scare on him. No need to get hostile against him, I would just let him take his course. Little does he know these SRT-4's can lose control easily mixing high speeds and sudden quick lane changes together. He has his coming he keeps driving like that. You can always put a report out if you get his tag, call the LEO agency immediately. That way if they do have some LEO's around the area they can keep a look out for him and possibly catch him in the act. It just sounds like a punk kid... that will learn sooner or later what driving like that is going to get him.
