Like BertO, I have an ICE (In Case of Emergency) card I carry on me AND the bike. It has my personal, who to contact and medical information. It clearly states that I AM an organ donor and have a living will on file with UCH and St. Joseph's hospitals; AND that my family knows my wishes. One of my biggest fears is ending up like a Terri Schiavo. That is what prompted me to have that conversation with my family and close friends.

I agree with Raul. By telling AND showing your family and friends how you feel; then THAT is the best legacy and/or inheiritance you can leave them.
