What is the best way to protect and remove those pesky things. I have been told every thing from Pam(cooking spray) to WD40.

The reason i ask is because I can't wash/wax my car every day so the guts have to sit and bake on till i have some freetime.

Now the best thing I have found to remove the guts is a clay-bar , but then that takes off the protective wax which makes even more work having to reapply more wax.

Man this sucks! What do the pros suggest?
