its hard to diagnose sounds from the internet, but if you wanna know if its knocking, put a scan tool on it.

personally, sounds like piston slap, but it could be alot of things. generally speaking, it sounds like something that goes away with increased oil pressure, so maybe dirt in a lifter or partially collapsed lifter.
