It is a personal preference! I used to have a JDM H22a with bolt on and my friends stock B18c JDM Type R used to stay with me! Both on tuned! I think the B18c would go good in the hatch but an H22 would be be nice also.... if, youre planning strickly drag racing that is! But, if you want more than straight line you best sticking with the B18c. Its alot more fun plus you get to take your rpm cluster for a loop! Lol.
But thats old nowadays! So just swap a K in the bish and call it mopar killer! Cost a bit more but you wont regret it once its all done!
my jdm h22 stock in the sol , with a header , and stock del sol si exhaust pulled good on a bolt on type-R .
