An evo driver of equal experience would probably be 30 seconds slower around Sebring than me in the Radical, it's just that fast a car even when driving within my limits, but a good driver would certainly be faster in their evo than me; I have a friend who has a decently modded evo (still able to be driven to and from the track) that does about a 2:34 at Sebring which is about 10 seconds faster than my best time and ten seconds is big once you're under 2:50. He's pretty close to the end of what he'll be able to do without making it non-streetable while an excellent driver in my car could rip off a 2:10 lap which is a massive difference in time, even though it doesn't sound like a lot to those that don't go to the track. Just to give you an idea, a $350k Porsche 911 GT3 RSR race car with a pro driver will do a 2:04, so my car is 6 seconds slower and costs $270k less.
