IIRC for Street Prepared you have to swap over the entire GS-R engine to be legal in CSP. once you mix & match parts from different trims i think it puts you into prepared/modified.
(you can swap an engine, as long as the engine is available in another trim of the same car.. IE, you can put a CRX Si engine in a DX or HF chassis).
in that case you may be more competitive by just going straight-up B18C1.
