Dont you loose up to 10% total power through the drivetrain?
245 - 10% would be 220.5
But depending on the dyno, and the drivetrain in the car (stick or auto) Hp loss is usually around 20% which would put these cars at 196hp at the wheels...
Now if they are claiming wheel hp, it also depends on the dyno used. This could be different due to climate, humidity, dyno type, and calibration.
There are really too many variables out there.
