Kids and motorheads have been gathering decades. I never saw much if any criminal activity (hot rodding not to be confused with "criminal"). Maybe it's changed in the past five years?
You being so against drunken driving should know how bad things can get when they start running around on the streets. I believe not too long ago some drunk ass girl rammed into the back of a firetruck? One time i was there some idiot in a camaro decided to piss the honda fucks up a bit and revved hard and loud as hell and left. One of the honda kids tried going after him, lost major traction and almost swiped around and headed into some other guy's car, luckily got traction again and tried burning out on the street to chase after him.... I dunno, I consider that a little dangerous?
