Leonard.. your the only person i can find who says that 275 DR's are not a good idea on 17x8 wheels.. so ..i think your on your own

i think i'll run 245 Falkens up front and the 555R II's at the back for a little more contact patch..

getting 15x8 American Racing Wheels with 275/50/17 BFGs for the drag strip... and going to run the 555R's on the street and autox as i wont drag race very often..

leonard..i do appreciate your advice though..its just not what i have heard from most people..

you can feel free to tell me i told you so if i screw something up running 275s
