Maybe this will help...




For the boarder...Go to Select>All.




Then to Modify>Boarder




Then put in the amount of pixels you want for the boarder. Usually use 6-8.




Then color the boarder in with a brush with the color of your choice. Its best to start a new layer befor you color.




For the Brightness,Contrast,Saturation...etc. Go to Image>Adjustments.



Hope that helps some... Sorry there so small. You should be able to make it out though.
