I recently did a compression test with bad results!!

High compression ls/vtec.

C1= 125
C2= 120
C3= 250
C4= 250

after adding oil to 1 and 2 they both jumped up 250.

Is this a sure indication that my rings are bad or possible cylinder wall problems?

Should I perform a leak down test to further narrow the problem.

Yes it is consuming massive amounts of oil.

Any advice would be great.
