I had a thread a while ago about gettin pulled over going 30+ the speed limit, but I think it was deleted when we got hacked. THIS IS NOT A WHAT DO I DO THREAD.

I need to know what the penalties are normally with this kind of ticket. I have a mandatory court date that I haven't received yet (I got the ticket on January 27,2007 and still haven't received information on a court date.) but I need to know what kind of penalties I'm looking at from this ticket. I am getting a lawyer but I don't plan on walking away with no punishment.



and before you say it, yes I searched and since the majority talk about street racing, I couldnt find what I was looking for.
