If you want to get it done, get it done right the first time, trying to pince pennies will only make everything worse for you. Buying a tranny auto or manual for $50 from someone, what kind of reassurane will you have? Examples like that can go on and on....do it right. Want a 5 spd swap, get a new clutch, get a tranny with warranty, get new master and slave, all these parts will save you money in the long run. You want to go auto, you really will only have 2 components to worry about, TC and also the tranny itself.
