OK since you are a fellow domestic, i will help you out here before you end up looking even worse to everyone on the board. here are a set of rules that you should think about when posting here:

#1 NEVER quote times out of a magizine.

#2 DONT quote times that you personally havent seen be run.

i have NEVER seen a stock vette run 13.8... i hate to break it to you and any magizine you've read. heck, when my CAMARO was stock with a air filter and a muffler i ran 13.0 with stock tires. NO NITTOS!

and vettes are supposed to have like 50 HP on top of whatever i have!

im asking you a favor, please be a good guy and stop asking about carbon fiber hoods and qouting quarter mile times from magizines, thats what the Ricers do.
