Senor Honda says:
You might be able to fix the oil leak yourself.
Get an aluminum valve cover, if you don't have one-about $10 recycled.
Not knowing your specific motor, engine gunk (store brand) costs only a couple dollars. When you come back in with a warm motor, Front end on jack stands, plastic bags tightly wrapped/tied around the distributor, gunk/spray it down over, under, all around, let it soak in, and wash it off throughly. Even underneath. That way you can see where the oil leak's coming from. Pressure washing works better than a garden hose.
Replace the hard/dried out valve cover gasket,
with a soft new one with high temp red silicone
gasket-goo.................replace the o-ring in the distributor shaft groove, carefully marking the dizzy before you remove it,
Drive the car a day, and using jackstands, slide under, and see with a light,
if oil is seeping from the oil pan gasket.
This should get you started..........post up the results on this thread and help us all get smarter.-Bob
