I just bought a 94 Z28 and it has a vibration and a rumble noise when shifting (automatic) from first to second gear at low speeds. Souns like it's coming from the rear. Also if i take it to red line it wont shift into the next gear unless i back out of the throttle.

I had heard the rear end and transmission problems are common it these. I would like some advise?????
