wow man, I feel for ya, that sux and Id be also pissed as hell, sounds like ya need to make a call to the person in charge and see if that happens all the time, that is even if hes going to tell you the truth than theres always the direction of calling that news station to get them on there asses if the lanlord doesnt correct these probs. They got some strict laws for lanlords that dont do the right thing. Burn there assses. i get woking up by a Harley dood reving his shit to redline at 5am almost every morning. and when I get woken up early i am NOT a happy camper and usually start raising hell!!!
