You can foul out your plugs running so rich, but I bet there's your problem. Get it tuned before you mess up your cylinder walls, if you have not done so already.

Sorry I just read the hole thing. Sound like you messed up the cylinder walls already and will need a rebuild to fix. Do a comp check also.
