You can foul out your plugs running so rich, but I bet there's your problem. Get it tuned before you mess up your cylinder walls, if you have not done so already.
Sorry I just read the hole thing. Sound like you messed up the cylinder walls already and will need a rebuild to fix. Do a comp check also.

so last nite i was driving down the road and all of a sudden my car wont tach past 3 grand. look at ecu....code 16. fuel injector. so that is my problem. now figuring out which one it is, but im gonna just replace all 4 with stock
240's and go from there.....next thing who has some spare 240 injectors they dont need? pm me and lmk
