No, that would be a waste of your car. Just sounds like someone is trying to dump their project onto you for your good running car.
I wouldn't trade a 2000 Integra for an s13, at least a nice s14 would be more worth it, but even then it better be a 97-98 that has a clean body. SR20's are not bad motors, its the fact that the motor is however many years old and as soon as most people get them in their cars they rag on them and when they blow they say its a shitty motor. I've seen the same thing with DSM's and Honda's, shit even domestic guys.
If I was to go with a 240 it would definately be an s14 and before an SR was dropped in there I would refresh the motor with a full rebuild, pick up a new turbo for it and replace the clutch and whatever else in the transmission just so I could be sure that it would run good, add full bolt-ons and a tune and I probably would only really get on it at the track, since I don't drift only in a straight line. But hey thats me.
Just keep your integra, invest in some nice suspension and boost it and have a quick fun car that you can enjoy everyday with a/c (if you have an a/c compatible manifold), since I doubt that said s13 has a/c or p/s as a matter of fact.
Your car, your choice, your trade. Just don't regret it once its done, you can't return it.
Good luck!
