Just wanted to know what you guys think. I'm gonna be installing a turbo kit on my b18c1 with forged internals, pistons at 9.8 comp., eagle rods. It's a turbonetics t3/t4 57 trim running at 8.7 psi. Other details Walbro 255lph fuel pump, rc 550 injectors, blox intake manifold, itr 2001 cams and springs. Do you guys think running a basemap made for the turbo setup on my p28 will be safe until I get some more cash to get it tuned? I understand I won't be at peak power until it is tuned, but as far as it being safe (ie. not blowing up the motor) keeping a/f ratios in a safe range. Can that be done with just a base map?
