I don't have a 240, but my wife does, she's running a Top mount peak boost manifold with a T3/T4 I had built for the setup we are running. I built quite a few SR's though so I'm very familiar with them.

I've done a couple customers cars with the 2871r setup, but most just opt for a gt28rs. I just sold a new style 2871r to a good friend of mine, he's got a megan racing stock mount exhaust manifold on an S14 and it fit well, nothing sticking out anywhere. Best thing to do is run a 90 degree right off the compressor housing up to where your stock hotpipe would go. It's a tight squeeze to get an intake hose on the turbo inlet as well, but it can be done nicely. The newer style I sell now has a round style inlet instead of the 2 bolt old stock style.
