I had 195/50/15 on my civic...the car was lowered and I set it up to fit the 195's fine...I upgraded to 205-50-15 and just that small size difference made the tires tucked and I had to half way roll the fenders and lift the car about .5 inches...I don't really think it would be possible to run your size tire without having the car jacked up fairly high and you would have to roll the fenders quite a bit and also would probably have to dent the wheel well in a little...I would also be worried about hitting the metal piece attached to where the disk brakes are (I think it is called a control arm or something).
Well you must have that shit SLAMMED to have to roll the fenders and all. I have 205-50-15s with H&R race springs and I never hit my fenders and still have room to go. Try to find something around the equivalent to a 205-50-15 you can go a lil larger, but if you have coilovers just raise it up and run what you want! but dont plan on turning.
