Hey all I just bought a 1998 LX Civic and one of the MANY problems is that the speedo is not working properly. The person that i bought it from never did on single mod on this car, if that helps. One thing that will happen is when you turn on the car and rev the engine the mph will go to like 50mph and come back down. Not sure if this has anything to do with the fact that the electrical system is having problems. for example the Headlights will dim to almost off and then come back. any helps is greatly appreciated.
