well by his definition of "his limits" and "car limits" chuck could go out there and do 150+ down US 19 at 4PM on a friday...that still isnt going to stop some old lady pulling out, some kid crossing the street, or some guy who has lackluster depth perception to make a lane change.
I'm not sure if you're taking a stab at me Deac but yes, 150mph on US 19 at any time would be considerably unacceptable. 20 or 25mph over the limit in US 19s left lane at 4 AM wouldn't be a problem. Even so, my comment was regarding
interstate which are limited access and designed for high speeds.
