EXACT SAME THING happened to me and my friend. We told the judge we weren't racing we where just late.

I got dropped to careless driving and we had to pay a $500 fine plus $229 court cost and a drivers safety course.

NO SUSPENTION - NO POINTS

Depends on your previous, and if you where going 10 over or 90 over...

My mom is an attorney and she said DON'T ADMIT SHIT... They can't PROVE you had a race... Best off to get a lawyer to talk for you and have it dropped to careless... Then plead NO CONTEST... I don't care what anybody on here says... I HAVE A LIC...
