So if I go 115mph in and out of traffic... and the car and myself can handle it..it's ok. Your assuming that people can judge how fast you go...tell that to the little old lady that pulls out in front of you.
I'm an idiot myself...I speed and have street raced before. I'm not pointig a finger at anyone..but you can't say you have full control of every situation. Shit happens!

But im not the one that endangered anyone am i? They pulled out in front of me, there by cutting me off (if i dont have enough time to hit my brakes and stop saftly and you get in my right of way, thats cutting someone off). So what does my speed have to do with it? If im going 55 or if im going 70 the old lady still pulled out infront of me illegally so speed is irrelevant.

EXACT SAME THING happened to me and my friend. We told the judge we weren't racing we where just late.
I got dropped to careless driving and we had to pay a $500 fine plus $229 court cost and a drivers safety course.

NO SUSPENTION - NO POINTS
Depends on your previous, and if you where going 10 over or 90 over...
My mom is an attorney and she said DON'T ADMIT SHIT... They can't PROVE you had a race... Best off to get a lawyer to talk for you and have it dropped to careless... Then plead NO CONTEST... I don't care what anybody on here says... I HAVE A LIC...

Dont be too alarmed by the hostility, every single person who posted has done something similar at some stage. Stick around and come to one of our track events and race your friend there. Much safer and you wont get a ticket (unless you act stupid on the way too or from the track)
