Thays at MAX Boost for like a second, mainly seen 1.0 but it drops fast at high RPM. Maybe need a boost controller to keep it from dying off at the end. I got an Autometer Cobalt Boost gauge I will be installing to get these numbers right once and for all, Also will be installing the Uppipe and TBE next weekend and then get another pull on the dyno to get new numbers.
