for those that dont know, im tommy and i am one of the techs that work in the back.

my apologies go out to those who've had a bad experience as far as coming to the showroom and not getting greeted right away. if i was to work in the front, i would be the first person you see, and probably the last person to say goodbye. what i am trying to say is, good service is hard to come by and we are trying our best to filter through those who are just here for a paycheck.
