No stock S2000 will ever run a 13.0. Ever.

I ran a 14.1 and was on par to run 13.8-13.9 with cooler weather. But 13.0 is out of the question. That's Evo/STi territory.

Comparing a 4G63 to a F20C is apples and oranges man...ones N/A the other is turbo. Just give it up.
