Your problem could be your engine coolant temp sensor, your intake air temp sensor etc...
Make sure your iat sensor is not cooked due to using the wrong iat sensor plug.

i thought the coolant temp sensor just kicked the radiator fans on, how would that affect the car running?
(obviously, i said i didnt think it would, and i wanna know why im wrong
