What kind of problems should i keep an extra eye for a Z32 TT?

I'm almost done saving up and scouting out for my beloved Z32... I'm still not sure whether i want to go through the individual private seller or a dealership but what sort of things should i REALLY keep an eye for the Z32's? I'd like one of the later models... if i had to go older i'd just get a Z31.... mmmm.
