ah, i did read that the codes could be set by open ground or postive wire to the GPS itself... or other general wire faults. will the scan tool be able to test circuits and determine if there is a fault to ground or the GPS/tranducer is faulty... or will they simply tell me the codes that i already know? i dont want to bother going if they are just going to tell me the codes and what they mean.
