No problem. Any reputable tuner would have taken the same steps I did in the situation.

It is amazing to see how quick people turn on you when things do not go their way due to something that completely does not relate to your tuning services in any way.

Some people don't understand the dynamics of tuning & think the tuner is everything. 90% of a car is the build & construction of the motor setup.

If a motor is not performing properly & your tuner informs you of that information, you should listen to the tuners advice to try and resolve the possible issues.
