same problem that is happening with Huntsville, E-town and give it a few years and BMP will be dealing with the same issue. Doesn't matter if the track has been there for 50 years, people will move in/build, complain that they don't like the noise, go to the county/city about it. There will be either concessions made or the owner will just sell outright (which is what the city/county would want anyway, more money made on tax dollars on a subdivision vs. a race track).
Street racing will increase and people will wonder why..
