If you are planning on going turbo just have the motor sleeved and bored to 84mm and leave the 89mm stock stroke. If you really want to stroke the motor also look for a 92mm crank and pistons with a standard ring package and adjust rod length accordingly.

Don't get all hung up on rpm range, with the proper clearances you can take a 95mm cranked motor past 8k rpms as long as you understand the effect it has on bearing life.
