Just wanted to fill everyone in on the RACE RAILZ before you get the wrong impression. they were developed by Powers Stunt Works with the knowledge that slider is a great idea with bad execution. The rails, as you can see in the pics, bolt to 2 locations which allows them to take twice the impact as a normal slider. As for catching and flipping the bike, a 50+ mph crash its just the luck of the draw. The replaceable slider is mushroomed to assist in not grabbing the ground.
Powers Race Railz - $150 until the end of the year
Colors - add $30
The axle spools are designed to compliment the Railz. They will keep the rest of you bike off the ground (rearsets, exhaust, etc). The are CNC machined and installed through your rear axle, NOT bolted to your swingarm. Allowing flexibilty during a crashed and much less of a chance to bend your swingarm.
Axle Spools - $90
Colors - $10
Remember though, a crash is a crash, anything can happen. With these on your bike, a lot less will happen.

Thanks for the great explanation. How far do the race rails extrude from the fairings? On my 02 R1 I'd drag the stator cover sometimes. I didnt want the rails to interfere with my lean on the 07 750. I havent been on the track yet with the 750, so I dont know how the hard parts will do. It was just a concern I had in the back of my mind. I really like the concept of them though. I think I'll still pass on the swingarm sliders.
