The car, is in tip top shape.. Its a 98 Honda Accord 4 door automatic. Im taking the car in to a shop tomorow to have some one look at it , but i wanted to see if any one has any ideas what it could be. Last night for some reason, when i put the car in Reverse all you hear is a huge grinding noise.. and if you tap the gas, it does not go on Reverse.. But I mean once u put it on Park, or even Drive, theres no noise, and that car runs perfectly, no tranny problems driving forward, seems like its something w/ REVERSE?
Could it be a Synchro on that reverse thats gone?........

Any ideas would be greatly apreciated thank you!....
