I friend of mine just used a obd2 d-series manifold on his d15b1. The problem he encountered is you have to shave a lot off the top side of the intake manifold, I think about .25-.5 inch. The head is not flat and curves towards the top, thus making it not fit. If you have any metal cutting tools you can make it fit. For TB he used an integra one with stock d15 tb cable.
