Well the thing is the cam plug (seal) is good but I am almost 100% sure that the distributor o-ring is bad. In the How-to above it says to not turn the fins, is he referring to the little notches on the dist. that goes into the camshaft? Would it be detrimental to twist or turn that after removal?
On another note, is there any place locally that sell this kind of cam seals?
