+1 all the seals you are talking about are easy to change.

do you have all three 'feet' on your distributor, or are they all hacked off? (hacked off ones tend to leak all the time)

valve cover gasket is easy to change, just make sure you get some hondabond/gasket maker in the corners over the cam caps. they will leak there if its unsealed.
