You don't know what you're talking about. My friend got his completely legal R34 GT-R just a few months ago. Once it's legal, it's legal, VIN, title, and all, no matter what car it is. There are proper people and chanels to go through, you just don't pay some guy in Japan to throw it on a boat, of course customs is going to destroy it once they see it. You find the right person and pay the right people to get it over here and it's legal, even if HOW they got it here is illegal.
